• 営業時間…17:00～22:00（ラスト・シーティング19:30）お昼は営業していません。
• 料金はすべて奉仕料・席料・消費税込です。
• 鴨治部煮など伝統的な加賀料理をいれた会席にすることもできます（追加料金なし）。
• アレルギーはお部屋単位で対応いたします。調理器具を変えなければならないレベルの重篤なアレルギーの場合は対応できかねます。
• 好き嫌いは1名様単位で対応いたします。（ベジタリアン含む）
• ご膳（2～28名様）、お座敷テーブル（2～20名様）、椅子席（2～20名様）。
• 15名様以上でご利用の際は送迎バスをご用意いたします。（金沢市内、およびその近郊）

Dining Rates for Non-Staying Guests

• All dining is served in private rooms.
• Available by reservation only.
• Dining Hours : 5pm-10pm (Last seating 7:30pm)

• All prices include service charge, room charge, and consumption tax.

• Upon request, we can also prepare a traditional Kaga Cuisine Kaiseki featuring local specialties such as Duck-Jibuni, at no additional charge. (Kaga Cuisine was officially recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Japan in December 2025, becoming only the second regional cuisine to receive this distinction after Kyoto Cuisine.)
• Dietary preferences and restrictions, including vegetarian and pescetarian requests, can be accommodated individually for each guest.
• Allergy requests are accommodated on a per-room basis.
However, we may not be able to accommodate severe allergies requiring separate cooking utensils or a completely isolated preparation environment.

• For non-staying guests, dining reservations are accepted by email only. Course fees are required to be prepaid via Square. Beverage charges may be settled on-site.
• Cancellation Policy for Dining Reservations
• 10 to 8 days prior to the reservation: 20%
• 7 to 2 days prior to the reservation: 30%
• 1 day prior to the reservation: 40%
• On the day of the reservation (before the reserved starting time): 50%
• After the reserved starting time or in case of no notice: 100%
